No. All shipments have to go through SFL. SFL Worldwide is your only contact. You do not have to worry about anything else. Once you schedule pickup at www.sflworldwide.com your package will be picked up directly from your business or residence.

There are two ways: You can go online and fill out the form or you can call us and schedule your pickup over the phone.

Minimum is 1 KG.

Pickups take between 24-48 hrs from the time you enter your information into our system. After that, it takes between 6-10 business days to be delivered to your door. Expedited delivery is available. Call for more details.

We take special care to review your package at every step after we get control over our customer’s packages. All international packages have to go through customs check before they are shipped out. Please keep in mind that SFL Worldwide does not have control over shipment handling procedures at India or at US customs. All packages are subject to customs inspection, which may require repacking of your belongings for a safe transit. For that reason we request our customers make sure packages are packed according to the rules and guidelines we will supply you with. Also, we do not provide insurance on any packages coming to the United States. Please call our office if you need further assistance with our inbound shipping process.

Yes. Tracking is provided by default with every package. You should be able to track your package within 24-48 hours after package is picked up; it might take more time if the package is picked up from rural areas or whereby SFL Worldwide does not have direct connections to.

Customs Duties and any other tax or duties are applied by the import country. We have trained staff to assist with custom clearance paperwork. SFL Worldwide does not have control over this additional cost if applied.

All payments are made in our United States office.
